Enjoy fantastic performances at the nearby State Fairgrounds or catch Carolina Hurricanes games at the nearby stadium. The hotel was clean, comfy, and the staff were welcoming.
My wife says that the pool wasn't suitable for children.

Great location near popular concert venues and easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring the city.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bathroom was not up to standard, with noticeable dust and insufficient toiletries provided.

My friends and I had a lit time staying at a hotel near dope shopping spots and a sick sports arena where we saw the Carolina Hurricanes! We also hit up some killer shows at North Carolina State Fairgrounds. It was super rad, and we had a blast exploring the area together!
Wish the hotel had a cooler pool area for young party animals like us to chill and vibe out.

The location was spot-on, close to many amenities and attractions. Security was on point, constantly patrolling the parking lot, which made me feel safer. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for my stay.
The cleanliness of the entrances, particularly the back ones, left much to be desired. The noise level at night was disruptive, with loud guests roaming the hallways.

Let's dive into it. The room we stayed in was pretty basic, but it had all the essentials. There were ironing facilities which came in handy for getting our clothes in order. The heating and air conditioning worked fine, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there wasn't a mini-bar or tea and coffee facilities in the room, which would have been nice for a quick pick-me-up. One thing I did appreciate was the free toiletries provided in the bathroom. It's always a relief when you don't have to worry about packing those essentials. the bathtub could have used a bit more attention to cleanliness - it wasn't the most inviting to take a bath in. In terms of entertainment, there was an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV in the room. The TV worked fine for us, but I did hear some other guests mentioning issues with theirs. The carpeted floor seemed clean enough, but I did notice a few areas that looked like they could use a good vacuuming. We made use of the laundry facilities during our stay, and they were functional - nothing to complain about there. All in all, the room had its ups and downs. It served its purpose for our stay, but there were definitely areas that could use improvement. Hopefully, these details will give you a better idea of what to expect if you decide to stay at La Quinta.

I loved watching the Carolina Hurricanes play. Enjoyed the free breakfast and WiFi. The staff was helpful and nice.
I always enjoy staying where a homeless family is welcomed in the lobby.

Great location for walking to my class and nearby mall, good food and delivery options.
Felt very unsafe, with illegal activity and rude staff.

I had a great experience at La Quinta. It was cheaper than the options around and fairly close to where we wanted to go. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing extra towels and soap immediately. the beds were comfortable with clean, new sheets, and the pool area was very nice. A big shout out to the amazing and helpful staff members.
